    • 摘要: 厚煤层开采过程受原有分层开采工艺的影响,原有老采空区被揭露,工作面风流在压差的作用下漏入煤层内采空区,极易引起采空区内破碎遗煤自燃并产生大量有害气体。以水帘洞煤矿大巷煤柱(北)综放工作面为例,在分析厚煤层综放开采条件下工作面透采空区时各流场之间耦合关系的基础上,采用SF6示踪气体漏风测试和数值分析相结合的方法,研究工作面在回采过程中透采空区的特点及漏风规律,提出了基于惰化平衡的厚煤层透采空区煤自燃防控方法。研究结果表明:工作面距切眼200 m范围内本煤层内采空区之间存在较为明显的漏风通道;工作面切眼贯通,漏风流O2向回风侧运移,且其体积分数随距切眼距离的增加而逐渐减小;切眼向外约100 m范围为本煤层采空区煤自燃危险区域;通过封闭式氮气惰化、多钻孔连续压注凝胶等方法,实现采空区惰化平衡,在工作面开切眼、过采空区、停采时期高效防治采空区煤自燃。

       

      Abstract: The thick coal seam mining process is affected by the original layering mining technology, and the original goaf is exposed, and the air flow in the working face leaks into the goaf under the action of pressure difference, which is easy to cause the spontaneous combustion of broken residual coal in the goaf and produce a large number of harmful gases. Based on coal pillar (north) fully mechanized caving face of main lane of Shuiliandong Coal Mine as an example, based on the analysis of thick coal seam fully mechanized working face and goaf under the condition of the coupling relationship between the flow fields, on the basis of using SF6 gas leakage test and numerical analysis method, the combination of the working face through the characteristics of the mined-out area in the process of extraction and the law of air leakage, the prevention and control method of coal spontaneous combustion in thick coal seam through goaf based on inert equilibrium is proposed. The results show that there are obvious air leakage channels between the goafs in the coal seam within the range of 200 m from the working face to the cutting hole. The cutting hole of the working face is connected, and the leakage air flow O2 migrates to the return air side, and its mass fraction decreases with the increase of the distance from the cutting hole. About 100 m out of the cut hole is the danger area of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the coal seam. Closed-type nitrogen inerting and multi-hole continuous gel injection are adopted to realize the inerting balance of mined-out area, and effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of mined-out area coal in working face cutting holes, passing through goaf and stoping period.
