    • 摘要: 为有效防治煤自燃,弥补现有防灭火材料的不足,以海藻酸钠、轻质碳酸钙和葡萄糖酸内酯为基料,研制出一种新型阻化高水胶囊材料;通过分析不同材料掺量对高水胶囊成型时间及保水性能的影响,得出配比为2%SA+0.5%PCC+1%GDL的高水胶囊流动性较好且成型速度慢,2.5%SA+1%PCC+1%GDL的高水胶囊保水性更强且成型速度更快;采用程序升温实验分析煤样升温过程中标志性气体体积分数变化规律。结果表明:添加高水胶囊的煤样CO产生量均下降,C2H4出现的温度升高,说明高水胶囊对煤氧化具有一定的阻化作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal and make up for the shortcomings of existing fire-extinguishing materials, a new type of high water-resistant capsule material was developed by adding gluconolactone based on sodium alginate and light calcium carbonate. First, by analyzing the influence of different material content on the molding time and water retention performance of high-water capsules, it is concluded that high-water capsule with a ratio of 2%SA+0.5%PCC+1%GDL has better fluidity and slow molding speed, 2.5%SA+1%PCC+1%GDL high-water capsule has stronger water retention and faster forming speed. Then, the temperature programmed experiment was used to analyze the change of the concentration of the iconic gas during the heating process of the coal sample. The results showed that the CO production of the coal sample with the high water capsule was reduced, and the temperature of the C2H4 gas increased, indicating that the high water capsule has a certain inhibition effect on coal oxidation.
