    Intelligence technology of inverted air current in fully-mechanized workface

    • 摘要: 随着煤矿智能化技术和设备的发展,通风系统智能化取得众多成果。但是对于灾变后通风系统管理研究较少,通风系统反风作为防治新风侧灾害的手段之一,需加强技术及设备的研究。通过在某煤矿3105综放工作面进行反风技术研究,得出主进风巷道灾害反风和工作面进风平巷灾害反风的控风技术,并根据控风技术,分析得出风门、风窗、测风、环境采集传感器、语音广播、避灾指挥等硬件的技术要求,为类似矿井工作面通风系统反风提供技术和硬件设备支持。

       

      Abstract: With the development of intelligent technology and equipment in coal mine, it gets a lot of results in the intelligent ventilation system. However, there are many deficiencies in the catastrophic ventilation system. However, there are few studies on the management of ventilation system after disasters. As one of the means to prevent and control fresh air side disasters, the research on technology and equipment of ventilation system should be strengthened. Through the study of air counter technology in 3105 fully mechanized caving face of a coal mine, the wind control technology of main inlet roadway disaster and working face air inlet drift disaster is obtained. According to the wind control technology, the technical requirements of hardware such as air door, wind window, wind measurement, environmental acquisition sensor, voice broadcast and disaster avoidance command are analyzed, which provides technical and hardware equipment support for the ventilation system of similar mine working face.
