    • 摘要: 针对王家岭矿12307掘进面矿井局部通风智能化建设需求,提出了煤矿局部智能通风管控系统,对系统组成、功能实现和关键技术等进行了详尽的研究;通过多传感器实时监测环境气氛数据,智能调控局部通风机运行参数,调节供风并控制回流中瓦斯体积分数,实现安全排放;通过全矿工业以太网联网功能,实现各项参数的数据交汇。建成的智能通风管控系统能实现远程控制、自动化与智能化、以及通信功能,为掘进工作面局部通风的智能风量调节和风险预判奠定基础,保障工作面的安全高效掘进。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the local ventilation intelligent construction demand of 12307 heading face of Wangjialing Mine, a local intelligent ventilation management and control system for coal mines is proposed, and the system composition, function realization and key technology are studied in detail. Through multi-sensor real-time monitoring of environmental atmosphere data, the system intelligently regulates local ventilation fan operation parameters, adjusts air supply and controls gas concentration in the return flow to achieve safe emissions. The mine industrial Ethernet networking function enables data interchange of various parameters. The completed intelligent ventilation management and control system can achieve remote control, automation, and intelligence as well as communication functions, laying the foundation for intelligent air volume regulation and risk prediction of local ventilation at the heading face and guaranteeing safe and efficient digging at the workface.
