    Study and Application of Roadway Support Technology in Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 软煤层巷道围岩控制问题是一直以来制约煤矿开采的重大难题,具体表现为强烈的底鼓、两帮移近量较大和顶板下沉剧烈,在分析巷道支护所要遵循原则的基础上,结合新义煤矿11011工作面运输顺槽巷道支护工程实践,采用U型钢、锚索联合支护技术很好地控制了软煤层巷道的稳定,此项研究成果为解决突出软煤层巷道支护问题提供了借鉴经验。

       

      Abstract: Surrounding rock control problem in soft coal seam is the major problem which limited the development of coal mining, the specific performances include strong floor heave, large deformation of two sides, severe roof subsidence. Based on analyzing the principles that roadway support should follow, combining with the support engineering practice in 11011 haulage gate of Xinyi coal mine, U-type steel shed and anchor cable combined support technology which have controlled the soft coal roadway's stability well is adopted. The research results provides experience for solving roadway support problems of soft coal seam.
