    The Application of Network Planning Technique in Optimization and Upgrading of Longgu Coal Mine Rock Roadway Fully-mechanized Tunneling Process

    • 摘要: 应用网络计划技术系统工程理论对龙固矿现有的岩巷综掘工艺进行分析评价,以岩巷综掘工艺的工时为时间因素,按照工序的先后顺序以及相互关系作出网络图,并进行时间参数计算,确定出关键路线和关键工序,并针对关键工序提出优化措施。

       

      Abstract: Using network planning technique system engineering theory, the paper makes analysis and evaluation of the existing rock roadway fully-mechanized tunneling process. Taking the labor hours of rock roadway fully-mechanized tunneling process as time factors, according to the order of the process and their relationship, the paper makes the network diagram and calculates time parameter, and confirms the key route and key working procedure. In the light of the critical process, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.
