    Influence of air-exhaust volume of shearer airborne dust remover on air flow field in fully mechanized coal face

    • 摘要: 为了解决综采工作面采煤机割煤粉尘易受风流横向扩散而污染人行空间问题,以羊场湾煤矿综放工作面现场实际为研究背景,结合采场空间与开采设备空间配合关系,通过建立CFD数值计算模型,分析了采煤机机载除尘器抽尘风量与采场风流分布影响关系,通过实测论证了机载除尘器对采煤机割煤粉尘治理的有效性,为指导采煤机割煤粉尘治理提供技术支撑。结果表明:随着机载除尘器抽尘风量增加,在采煤机上风侧区域风速呈现逐渐增加趋势,人行侧风流速度总体呈减小趋势;当抽尘风量由92 m3/min逐渐增加到345 m3/min时,人行侧风流速度随抽尘风量增加而逐渐减小,人行侧风流速度由1.2 m/s逐渐减小到0.8 m/s,风速减小了33.3%;现场实测可以发现,机载除尘器处理风量155 m3/min时,人行侧风流速度减小了23.1%以上,人行侧风流速度明显降低,说明机载除尘器可以降低因采煤机阻挡而横向流动的含尘气流扩散程度。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that shearer dust is easy to pollute the pedestrian space due to the crosswise diffusion of airflow in fully mechanized coal face, this paper takes the actual field of the fully mechanized caving face of Yangchangwan Coal Mine in Ningxia as the research background, combined with the cooperation relationship between stope space and mining equipment space. Through the establishment of a CFD numerical calculation model, the relationship between the dust extraction air volume of the shearer air-borne dust collector and the air flow distribution in the stope is analyzed, and the effectiveness of the air-borne dust collector on the coal dust control of the coal shearer is demonstrated, which is a guide for the coal shearer to cut coal, and provide technical support for dust control. Numerical simulations show that as the air volume of the airborne dust collector increases, the wind speed in the area in front of the shearer shows a gradually increasing trend, and the cross-wind flow speed generally decreases; when the air volume of dust extraction gradually increases from 92 m3/min to 345 m3/min, the speed of the pedestrian side wind gradually decreases with the increase of the dust extraction air volume, the speed of the pedestrian side wind gradually decreases from 1.2 m/s to 0.8 m/s, and the wind speed decreases by 33.3%, indicating that the airborne dust collector can reduce the factor. The field measurement shows that when the air volume is 155 m3/min, the velocity of pedestrian side air flow is reduced by more than 23.1%, and the velocity of pedestrian side air flow is obviously reduced, the results show that the airborne dust remover can reduce the diffusion degree of the transverse dust-containing airflow which is blocked by the shearer.
