    Cooperation technology of driving and supporting in large section coal roadway of deep mine and case analysis

    • Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low tunneling efficiency and poor support effect of deep buried large section coal roadway, taking Dahaize 20101 return air roadway as the engineering background, through field investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, this paper analyzes that the root cause of excavation and support imbalance is the disharmony of machine anchor, the weak anchorage layer of roof foundation and the low support efficiency. Based on the excavation and support cooperation technology, the control countermeasures of increasing the thickness of roof anchorage layer, improving the support efficiency of single bolt and reducing the support density are formed. Based on this, a new excavation and support cooperation scheme is proposed, and the feasibility of the new support scheme is analyzed and verified. The engineering practice shows that after adopting the new support scheme of excavation and support cooperation, the roof subsidence is controlled within 40 mm, the deformation of the side is controlled within 60 mm, the preload of the flexible bolt can stably reach more than 200 kN, and the control effect of roadway surrounding rock has been significantly improved. At the same time, the support density is reduced by about 35.7% and the monthly footage exceeds 400 m. While ensuring the support control effect, the excavation and support efficiency is improved and the excavation and support coordination is realized.
