    • 摘要: 为了提高监控系统的数据安全性,确保数据的传输、控制命令执行无误,减少意外故障,基于矿山自动化子系统改造、调试,对东林煤矿主要通风机监控系统的控制流程、数据流向进行研究设计;将系统的控制逻辑分级分层管理,为系统中的各人机接口设备如触摸屏和上位机组态软件设计不同的工作模式,对操作指令分配不同的权限,并进行功能闭锁,同时设计了PLC的安全级别以及第三方平台接口的控制流程。现场的实际应用表明:这种方案增强了系统的稳定性,减少了数据流向及控制命令传输中的安全隐患,提高了自动化子系统的安全性,稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the data safety of the monitoring system, ensure the correct transmission of data and the execution of control commands, and reduce accidental faults, based on the transformation and commissioning of mine automation subsystem, the control process and data flow direction of the main fan monitoring system in Donglin Coal Mine are studied and designed; the control logic of the system is managed hierarchically, different working modes are designed for each man-machine interface equipment in the system, such as touch screen and upper computer configuration software, different permissions are assigned to the operation instructions, and the function is locked. At the same time, the safety level of PLC and the control process of the third-party platform interface are designed. The field application shows that this scheme enhances the stability of the system, reduces the potential safety hazards in data flow and control command transmission, and improves the safety and stability of the automation subsystem.
