    • 摘要: 针对化学氧自救呼吸器现有产品普遍存在呼吸温度高的问题,设计了一种新型化学氧自救呼吸器,介绍了呼吸器整体组成和气路结构,详细论述了产氧剂配方、呼吸气路结构、气体循环路径等呼吸器关键技术参数及结构的综合最优确定。样机综合性能测试结果表明:呼吸器在保证氧气和二氧化碳体积分数等满足要求的同时,实现了较低的呼吸温度,提高了化学氧自救呼吸器使用的安全性和舒适性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high respiratory temperature in the existing products of chemical oxygen self rescue respirator, a new type of chemical oxygen self rescue respirator is designed. The overall composition and gas circuit structure of the respirator are introduced. The comprehensive optimal determination of the key technical parameters and structure of the respirator, such as the formula of oxygen generator, the structure of respiratory gas circuit and gas circulation path, are discussed in detail. The comprehensive performance test results of the prototype show that the respirator not only ensures that the volume fraction of oxygen and carbon dioxide meets the requirements, but also realizes a lower respiratory temperature, and improves the safety and comfort of chemical oxygen self rescue respirator.
