    Optimal design for isolation contact of mine-used high voltage distribution device

    • 摘要: 针对目前矿用高压配电装置隔离触头在承受高电压大电流时,隔离触头碰撞啮合问题、大电流涡流效应、装配误差、绝缘耐压等方面存在的问题进行分析,在产品结构设计、触头工装设计、材料选用、产品工艺及检验规范等方面进行了研究和优化设计,最终实现了高压配电装置的本质安全运行。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the existing problems of isolation contact, such as collision and meshing, large current eddy current effect, assembly error, insulation and voltage resistance, in high voltage and high current distribution unit of mining. The product structure design, contact tooling design, material selection, product technology and inspection specifications are studied and optimized, the intrinsically safe operation of high-voltage distribution device is realized finally.
