    基于脑电数据的不同轮班制度下煤矿一线从业人员疲劳评估

    Fatigue assessment of front-line employees in coal mines under different shift systems based on EEG data

    • 摘要: 研究煤矿一线从业人员的疲劳有利于实现煤矿安全生产,对减少不安全事故具有重要意义。为了探究不同轮班制度对煤矿一线从业人员的疲劳影响,通过对红柳林煤矿的不同轮班制度各25名人员进行跟踪调查和脑电信号采集,构建基于脑电信号的疲劳评估模型,从疲劳产生的特征剖析“三八制”和“四六制”对煤矿一线从业人员疲劳产生的影响。研究结果表明:以“三八制”为主的轮班制度对一线从业人员产生更为严重的疲劳影响;“四六制”轮班制度下员工的工作负荷相对较小,更有利于疲劳恢复,降低了不安全事故发生的概率。建议在法律要求的合理下井时间前提下,结合煤矿自身产能和成本消耗现状,合理制定轮班制度,逐渐推行“四六制”轮班制度,既保障一线从业人员的生理、心理健康,又能匹配生产资料和生产力,达到实现煤矿安全生产的目的。

       

      Abstract: The research on the fatigue of front-line employees in coal mines is conducive to the realization of coal mine safety production and is of great significance to reduce unsafe accidents. In order to explore the effect of different shift systems on the fatigue of front-line employees in coal mines, a fatigue assessment model based on EEG signals was constructed by tracking investigation and EEG signal acquisition of 25 employees in different shift systems in Hongliulin Coal Mine. The effects of “three eight-hour shifts” and “four six-hour shifts” on the fatigue of front-line employees in coal mines are analyzed from the characteristics of fatigue. The results show that the shift system based on the “three eight-hour shifts” has a more serious impact on the fatigue of front-line employees. The workload of employees under the “four six-hour shifts” shift system is relatively small, which is more conducive to fatigue recovery and reduces the probability of unsafe accidents. It is suggested that on the premise of reasonable down-hole time required by law, combined with the current situation of coal mine capacity and cost consumption,reasonably formulate the shift system and gradually implement the “four six-hour shifts” shift system. It can not only ensure the physical and mental health of front-line employees, but also match the means of production and productivity to achieve the purpose of coal mine safety production.
