    • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿井下UWB读卡器由于天线差异性较大,馈线安装长度不一,导致现场天线延时参数标定困难的问题,提出了一种借助手持读卡器并结合增量式PID控制算法的现场天线标定方法;该方法通过特定匹配的手持读卡器测量出待标定天线与标识卡的距离,并将测量距离通过UWB通讯传输给读卡器,最后读卡器采用增量式PID控制算法快速调节天线延时参数以满足测量需求。研究结果表明:该方法能在10 s内完成天线延时参数标定,并确保测距精度小于30 cm。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to calibrate the field antenna delay parameters of UWB card reader in coal mine due to the large antenna difference and the different installation length of feeders, a field antenna calibration method based on hand-held card reader and incremental PID control algorithm is proposed. In this method, the distance between the antenna to be calibrated and the identification card is measured by a specific matching hand-held card reader, and the measured distance is transmitted to the card reader through UWB communication. Finally, the incremental PID control algorithm is used to quickly adjust the antenna delay parameters to meet the measurement requirements. The results show that the antenna delay parameter calibration can be completed in 10 seconds, and the ranging accuracy is less than 30 cm.
