    • 摘要: 为提高矿用装备安全标志监督管理效能,针对安标监管存在的针对性不强、效果不佳、缺乏可追溯等问题,将GIS技术应用于矿用装备安标准入管理,研究设计了矿用装备安标监督管控系统。基于GIS技术的矿用装备安标监督管控系统,以安标GIS平台为基础,以监督管控系统为核心;深度融合矿用装备安标准入管理系统,创新安标监督管控手段,实现了矿用装备安标监督全过程实时动态管理;大幅缩短了组织实施监督评审工作的时长,全面提升了矿用装备安标监督管控的科学性、规范性和有效性。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of mining equipment safety certification supervision and control, and to tackle defects such as lack of pertinence, unpromising performance and non-traceability, GIS technology was originally applied in managing mining equipment safety approval and certification, and a mining equipment safety certification supervision and control system was designed. Taking mining safety GIS platform as its infrastructure, supervision and control system as the core, the system deeply integrated mining product safety approval management system, innovated measures in safety certification supervision and control, realized all-process and real-time dynamic management of mining equipment safety supervision, improved the efficacy of safety certification supervision and management, drastically shortened time in organizing and conducting supervision and review work, and comprehensively improved the scientificity, standardization and effectiveness of mine equipment safety standard supervision and control.
