    Research on key technologies of intelligent mine integrated management and control platform

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿建设过程中存在的信息烟囱、子系统及数据割裂等问题,结合国家能源局下发的《智能化示范煤矿验收管理办法(试行)》中对综合管控平台的验收要求,提出了基于工业互联网的智能矿山一体化管控平台总体架构设计;探讨和研究了智能矿山一体化管控平台建设过程中涉及的统一数据中台、基于三维一张图的集中监测、可视化组态集中控制、多系统多数据融合联动等关键技术。在总结智能矿山一体化管控平台架构设计及关键技术内容的基础上,指出了未来智能矿山一体化管控平台建设过程中需要解决的一些关键问题和研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of information chimney, subsystem and data fragmentation in the process of coal mine construction, combined with the acceptance requirements of the comprehensive management and control platform in the Acceptance Management Measures for Intelligent Demonstration Coal Mines(Trial) issued by National Energy Administration, this paper proposes forward the overall architecture design of the intelligent mine integrated management and control platform based on industrial Internet; this paper discusses and studies the key technologies involved in the construction of intelligent mine integrated management and control platform, such as unified data center, centralized monitoring based on three-dimensional and one map, visual configuration centralized control, multi-system and multi-data fusion and linkage. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the architecture design and key technical contents of intelligent mine integrated management and control platform, this paper points out some key problems and research directions to be solved in the construction of intelligent mine integrated management and control platform in the future.
