    浅埋藏厚煤层自燃高温区域探测及治理

    Detection and Governance of the Spontaneous Combustion High-temperature Region in Shallow Burial and Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 以神华神东补连塔煤矿22305工作面CO超限以及上覆采空区煤自燃治理过程为背景,论述其上覆采空区遗煤自燃引发该工作面CO超限后的治理及决策经验。通过对22305工作面CO超限情况进行分析,得出其上覆采空区已发生自燃的现况及条件,然后通过地面钻孔方法对22305工作面上覆采空区自燃高温区域进行了圈划和分析,并给出治理方案;同时对该方案的实施效果进行监测分析,最后分析实际工作中存在的问题和改进方向。研究结果表明:该高温区域确定方法及治理方案合理有效,能够为具有类似条件的矿区防灭火工作提供借鉴经验。

       

      Abstract: Based on the course of CO overrun in 22305 working face and coal spontaneous combustion governance in the overlying goaf of Bulianta Coal Mine of Shenhua Shendong Group, this paper gave some governing and decision-making experience after CO overrun caused by residual coal spontaneous combustion in the overlying goaf. Firstly, through the analysis of CO overrun in 22305 working face, it obtained the current status and conditions of spontaneous combustion in the overlying goaf. Then ground drilling method was used to locate and analyze the spontaneous combustion high-temperature region in 22305 working face, and the governance plan was given. Meanwhile the implementation effect of this program was monitored and analyzed. Finally, the problems in the practical work and the direction of improvement were analyzed. The results showed that: the high-temperature region locating method and governance programs were reasonable and effective, which provided references and experiences for the fire prevention and extinguishing in other mines with similar conditions.
