    Practice on Comprehensive Technology of Fire Prevention and Extinguishing in 2024 Repeated Mining Face of Baijiao Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 白皎煤矿2024复采工作面回采4层煤(B2),煤层厚度1.1~5.9 m,平均厚度3.5 m,1978-1984年期间本煤层顶部局部已采,残余煤量平均厚度1.4 m。由于采空区遗煤较多,资源浪费严重,准备对采空区遗煤进行复采。但由于采空区漏风严重,遗煤被预氧化,出现局部高温和CO等标志性气体,遗煤存在较大自然发火危险,对复采工作造成严重威胁。结合白皎矿2024复采工作面面临的实际情况,采取井下移动式灌浆注胶和井下直接灌注液态CO22种防灭火技术,有效解决了工作面回采期间的自燃问题,使工作面顺利完成回采,并安全撤架。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, it introduced that mining the fourth coal seam of 2024 repeated mining face(B2) in Baijiao Coal Mine, coal seam thickness was 1.1~ 5.9 m, the average thickness was 3.5 m. The part of top coal seam had been exploited in the period from 1978 to 1984, the average thickness of residual coal was 1.4 m. Because residual coal was so much in goaf, resources waste was serious, it was ready to carry out repeated mining in goaf. But the air leakage of goaf was serious, the residual coal generated pre-oxidation, it appeared local high temperature, CO and other iconic gas, so there was the great risk of spontaneous combustion for the residual coal, which posed a serious threat to the repeated mining. Combined with the actual situation of 2024 repeated mining face in Baijiao Coal Mine, it used two kinds of fire prevention and extinguishing technology, they included the mobile grouting colloid injection and the direct liquid carbon dioxide perfusion underground, which effectively solved the problem of spontaneous combustion during the mining of working face, it achieved the successful mining in the working face, and withdrawing the support safely.
