    The key technology of lubrication for screw motor in air directional drilling

    • 摘要: 采用空气定向钻进技术进行钻孔施工时,螺杆马达能否得到良好的润滑是影响其寿命的关键因素。结合空气螺杆马达的结构特点,介绍了2种支撑孔口润滑技术的关键装备,并给出了其结构组成和工作原理;结合装备的使用情况,分析了孔口润滑技术存在的不足;针对性的提出了螺杆马达孔底润滑技术,分析了该技术的优势;研制了一种空气螺杆马达专用孔底润滑钻杆。专用孔底润滑钻杆可以安装在螺杆马达前端,润滑距离不再受钻孔深度的影响,改善了润滑效果,减少润滑油液浪费。

       

      Abstract: When the air directional drilling technology is used for drilling construction, whether the screw motor can be well lubricated is a key factor affecting its life. This paper introduces two kinds of key equipment supporting the hole-outside lubrication technology, and details their working principles. Combined with the use of the equipment, the shortcomings of the hole-outside lubrication technology are analyzed. The bottom-hole lubrication technology of the screw motor is proposed pertinently, and the advantages of the technology are analyzed. A special bottom-hole lubricating drill rod for air screw motor is developed, which can be installed at the front end of the screw motor. The lubrication distance is no longer affected by the drilling depth, which improves the lubrication effect and reduces the waste of lubricating oil.
