    Analysis and countermeasures of key risk factors of coal mine safety production based on SNA

    • 摘要: 通过分析2008年以来的煤矿事故,提取了30个导致煤矿安全事故的原因,并利用社会网络分析法(SNA)构建了煤矿安全生产风险因素网络。通过SNA网络的点中心度分析,识别出管理制度不到位、教育培训不到位、员工素质低、安全技术措施不到位、安全投入少以及安全监督不到位等6项煤矿安全生产关键风险因素,通过SNA网络的线中心度分析,识别出6条煤矿安全生产风险的关键影响路径。根据风险关键因素和风险影响路径分析结果,提出了针对性的煤矿安全生产风险应对建议。

       

      Abstract: We analyze the coal mine accidents since 2008, extract 30 causes of coal mine safety accidents, and construct the coal mine safety production risk factor network by using social network analysis(SNA). Through the point centrality analysis of SNA network, six key risk factors of coal mine safety production, such as inadequate management system, inadequate education and training, low staff quality, inadequate safety technical measures, less safety investment and inadequate safety supervision, are identified. Through the line centrality analysis of SNA network, six key influence paths of coal mine safety production risk are identified. Finally, according to the analysis results of risk key factors and risk influence paths, we put forward targeted suggestions to deal with the risk of coal mine safety production.
