    • 摘要: 隔爆外壳隔爆腔内的不同填充比在爆炸时产生的最大爆炸压力及最大爆炸压力速率是不同的,为了研究隔爆腔内不同填充比条件下瓦斯爆炸的变化特征,使用隔爆腔尺寸为750 mm×750 mm×600 mm的隔爆外壳为试验容器,在腔体2个壁面分别布置有5个压力传感器,分别进行0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%填充比条件下的试验,得到了隔爆腔内爆炸压力、压力上升速率等特征参数。试验结果表明:在隔爆腔中,空腔状态下的爆炸压力峰值最大,最大值出现在距点火位置最远的PRU压力测点处;随着填充比的增大,最大爆炸压力上升速率也会随之增大。

       

      Abstract: The maximum explosion pressure and maximum explosion pressure rate produced by different filling ratios in the flameproof chamber are different. In order to study the change characteristics of gas explosion under different filling ratios in flameproof chamber, the flameproof enclosure with a flameproof chamber size of 750 mm×750 mm×600 mm is used as the test container, and 5 pressure sensors are arranged on the two walls of the chamber respectively. The experiment was carried out under the conditions of filling ratio of 0, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 80% respectively. The characteristic parameters of explosion pressure and pressure rise rate in flameproof cavity were obtained. The results show that in the flameproof chamber, the peak value of explosion pressure in the cavity state is the largest, and the maximum value appears at the PRU pressure measurement point farthest from the ignition position. With the increase of filling ratio, the maximum explosion pressure rise rate will also increase.
