    地面瓦斯抽采钻井变形破坏主控因素分析

    Analysis on the Main Control Factors of Deformation and Failure for Surface Gas Extraction Drilling

    • 摘要: 采动影响区地面瓦斯抽采钻井的变形破坏影响因素众多,导致钻井的破坏规律非常复杂。为了对各影响因素进行有效控制,从而使得地面钻井的抽采效能能够得到最大程度的发挥,对地质条件和回采工艺等多种影响因素的影响效应进行了深入分析,获得了采场尺寸、顶板管理方法、煤岩层倾角和断层等各主要因素的变化对地面钻井变形破坏的影响规律:地面钻井应优先布置在远离断层、陷落柱等地质构造的区域,当回采工作面通过地面钻井位置附近时应快速通过,应加强顶板管理减弱采场覆岩的移动,倾斜煤岩层条件下地面钻井井位应向采场中部偏移一定距离等。

       

      Abstract: There were many influence factors of deformation and failure for surface gas extraction drilling in excavation influence region, which made the surface drilling failure law complex. In order to control these factors effectively and make surface drilling extraction efficiency to its greatest degree, it analyzed the effects of various influence factors in-depth, such as the geologic condition and mining technique, etc. The stope dimension, roof management approach, coal seam dip angle, fault and so on, the change of these main factors would affect the deformation and failure of surface drilling, it had obtained the influence law: the surface drilling position should keep away from faults and collapse column, the mining working face should pass through the surface drilling position fast, the roof management should be strengthened to reduce the movement of rock strata, the surface drilling position should offset a certain distance to the middle of stope under dip strata condition.
