    Design of IGBT gate drive circuit based on ACPL-332J

    • 摘要: 简述了变频器主电路和相关原理,基于ACPL-332J芯片详细设计了变频器全控型功率元件IGBT驱动及其故障保护电路;将其与ABB公司5SNA0800J450300型号的IGBT连接,应用在3 300 V矿用变频器中。结果表明:该驱动电路可靠性高、适应性强,可以在中压大功率传动方面得到广泛地应用。

       

      Abstract: The main circuit and related principles of inverter are briefly described in this paper, and then the IGBT driver and its fault protection circuit are designed in detail based on ACPL-332J chip. It is connected with 5SNA0800J450300 IGBT of ABB and applied in 3 300 V mine frequency converter. The results show that the drive circuit has high reliability and adaptability, and can be widely used in medium voltage and high power transmission.
