    Study on ventilation technology for open-type TBM construction of extra-long inclined shaft in coal mine

    • 摘要: 对隧道(洞)及煤矿井巷工程盾构及TBM施工通风技术研究进行了系统回顾;简要介绍了可可盖煤矿主副斜井工程概况,并根据工程概况对工程通风设计原则和通风方式选择进行理论分析,基于以上分析对施工通风方案进行了多种设计和比选,决定两斜井均采用更换风机2阶段独头压入式通风方案,对所选通风方案进行理论校核,并对通风效果进行检验。现场实践表明通风效果良好。

       

      Abstract: This paper first systematically reviews the research on shield and TBM construction ventilation technology in the tunnel (hole) and coal mine roadway engineering; then, it briefly introduces the general situation of the main and auxiliary inclined shaft project of Kekegai Coal Mine and makes a theoretical analysis on the ventilation design principle and ventilation mode selection of the project according to the general situation of the project. Based on the above analysis, a variety of designs and comparisons of construction ventilation schemes are carried out, and it is decided that the two-stage single head forced ventilation scheme with replacement fan is adopted for both inclined shafts; then the selected ventilation scheme is checked theoretically; finally, the ventilation effect is tested. The field practice shows that the ventilation effect is good.
