    • 摘要: 为探究动水环境下黏度时变性浆液扩散规律,以NF水泥基浆液为研究对象,开展浆液黏度时变性试验,确定了黏度时变函数;基于水平集方法,通过在数值模型中自定义黏度时变性函数,实现了考虑浆液黏度时变性的动水注浆数值模拟,得到了考虑和未考虑黏度时变性的浆液扩散形态和扩散距离。结果表明:水灰比为0.6~1.0的NF水泥基浆液属于宾汉流体,其黏度随着时间的推移呈指数增长;浆液扩散过程中,流场中浆液黏度变化表现出稳定区和下降区2个阶段;其扩散形态由初始阶段圆形变化为椭圆形至最后稳定为U型;浆液扩散距离与时间呈正相关,并随水灰比的减小而减小;未考虑浆液黏度时变性所得扩散距离始终大于考虑浆液时变性所得扩散距离,且随着注浆时间的增加,浆液黏度时变特性对扩散距离的影响越显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the diffusion law of viscosity time-denatured slurry in a dynamic water environment, taking NF cement-based slurry as the research object, the time-varying test of slurry viscosity was carried out, and the time-varying function of viscosity was determined. Based on the level set method, by customizing the viscosity time-varying function in the numerical model, the numerical simulation of dynamic water grouting considering the time-varying viscosity of the slurry is realized, and the slurry diffusion pattern and diffusion distance with and without the time-varying viscosity are obtained. The results show that the NF cement-based grouts with a water-cement ratio of 0.6 to 1.0 belong to Bingham fluid, and their viscosity increases exponentially with time. In the process of slurry diffusion, the change of slurry viscosity in the flow field shows two stages: the stable stage and the decline stage. The diffusion shape changes from circular to elliptical at the initial stage to U-shaped at the end; the slurry diffusion distance is positively correlated with time, and decreases with the decrease of water-cement ratio; the diffusion distance obtained without considering the slurry viscosity is always greater than that obtained with considering the slurry viscosity, and with the increase of grouting time, the effect of the time-varying properties of slurry viscosity on the diffusion distance is more significant.
