    整合矿井复采条件下老空水防治技术体系研究

    Study on system of prevention and control of old goaf water during coal mine re-mining

    • 摘要: 针对老空水害防治技术难题,以同一厚煤层上分层受小窑破坏严重的某整合矿井为例,开发了巷道掘进超前探测保障系统,实现了无盲区探查;提出了多次物探结合2类钻孔疏放水技术,将物探异常区作为靶区,将涌水量最大的常规钻孔作为靶点,在采区低位利用远距离定向钻孔沿煤层底板以下稳定岩层钻进至老空区截引老空动态补给水,取得了非常显著的效果,巷道掘进效率提高了4倍。采用多种物探结合常规钻孔全覆盖探查技术,治理了工作面内部“孤岛”型老空水,探明了富水异常区和地质异常区,保证了工作面安全通过老空区。利用超前短探、超前预判、巷探和疏放动态老空水技术,全面保障了工作面实时安全回采。体系的应用实现了工作面安全透明开采,创新了上分层受小窑破坏、且无序分布的老空水防治技术。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the technical problems for the prevention and control of old goaf water, taking an integrated mine which is seriously damaged by small kiln on the same thick coal seam as an example, we develop an advanced detection-guarantee system for roadway excavation with no blind area, propose multiple geophysical exploration in combination with two types of boreholes to explore and drain water technology; take the anomalous geophysical area as the target area, the conventional borehole with the largest water outflow as the target spot, at a low elevation of the mining area, and a remote directional borehole was used to drill into the old goaf along the stable rock strata below the coal seam floor to intercept the dynamic recharge water, which increased the efficiency of roadway excavation 4 times. The “isolated island” old goaf water in the mining face was controlled through multiple geophysical exploration combined with the full-coverage exploration technology. The rich water anomaly area and geological anomaly area were discovered, which ensured the safe passage of working face through goaf area. The technology for advanced short-distance exploration, advanced estimating, roadway exploration, and dynamic old goaf water with drainage was used to comprehensively guarantee real-time, safe mining. The application of system innovates the control technology of goaf water which is destroyed by small kilns in the upper layer and disordered distribution.
