    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿井下人员乘坐矿用车辆时,受车速和车厢金属结构等因素影响,造成车内外无线通信不畅从而导致的车厢内人员实时定位不准确、漏识别、轨迹丢失、无法统计乘车人数等问题,设计了一种基于UWB精确定位技术和低频唤醒技术的车载读卡器;车载读卡器以ARM STM32F413、UWB通信收发芯片DW1000和低频唤醒射频芯片EM4095为设计核心,通过低频唤醒触发UWB通信信道切换的方法,实现对矿用车辆车厢内人员的精确定位与数量统计。测试结果表明:车载读卡器能准确区分车内外人员,有效解决因车厢金属结构屏蔽造成的漏识别、定位不准等问题,最大动态定位误差不大于7.3 m,满足煤矿应用要求,对井下开展智慧约车、派车业务,提升煤矿井下智慧交通建设具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems such as inaccurate real-time positioning, misreading, lost track and inability to count the number of passengers in the compartment at present, which are affected by faster vehicle speed and metal shielding in the compartment, when personnel in underground coal mine are traveling on mining vehicles, we designed a vehicle mounted card reader based on UWB accurate positioning technology and low-frequency wake-up technology. The vehicle mounted card reader uses the ARM control chip STM32F413, UWB communication transceiver chip DW1000 and low frequency wake-up transmitter EM4095 as the core. By the method of triggering UWB communication channel switching through low-frequency wake-up, the accurate positioning and quantity statistics of the personnel in the mining vehicle compartment are realized. The test results show that the vehicle mounted card reader can accurately distinguish the personnel inside and outside the vehicle, effectively solve the problems such as missing identification and inaccurate positioning caused by the metal shielding of the compartment, and the maximum dynamic positioning error is not more than 7.3 meters. These can meet the application requirements of coal mines. It is of great significance to carry out intelligent vehicle appointment and dispatching business in underground coal mine and to promote intelligent traffic construction in underground coal mine.
