    • 摘要: 分析了国家能源集团神东煤炭分公司在煤矿智能化建设过程中发现的井下机电设备通信接口和协议不统一问题,提出了根据《神东煤炭分公司机电设备EIP通信协议标准》研发机电设备EIP通信协议标准合规性检验系统的需求;详细分析了协议标准的内容,研究了协议规约模块的结构化存储和程序化表达关键技术,并通过需求分析、架构设计、功能设计和系统试运行等关键过程完成了“神东煤炭分公司机电设备EIP协议数据一致性检测系统”的设计与实现。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the problem of disunity of communication interface and protocol of underground electromechanical equipment found in the process of intelligent construction of coal mine by Shendong Coal Branch of National Energy Group, and puts forward the requirement of developing the compliance inspection system of electromechanical equipment EIP communication protocol standard according to the EIP Communication Protocol Standard of Electromechanical Equipment of Shendong Coal Branch. The content of protocol standard is analyzed in detail, the key technologies of structured storage and programmed expression of protocol module are studied, and the design and implementation of “Shendong Coal Branch Electromechanical Equipment EIP Protocol Data Consistency Detection System” is completed through the key processes of demand analysis, architecture design, function design and system trial run.
