    Gas reverse circulation drilling technology for large-diameter DTH hammer

    • 摘要: 大直径潜孔锤是1种已被大量工程实践证明的,能够提高矿山地面大直径钻井施工效率的钻井工具。然而,钻遇含水层后,大直径潜孔锤经常出现进尺慢、甚至无法进尺的问题。为此,提出一种以反循环方式气力排渣排水、正循环方式排余气为特点的大直径潜孔锤气体反循环钻井方法,分析了大直径潜孔锤气体反循环钻井技术基本原理,建立了气体双上返流道的井底压力平衡条件,介绍了大直径潜孔锤气体反循环钻井系统组成,依托矿山地面大直径钻井工程完成现场试验。结果显示:在地层出水条件下,通过节流控制环空气柱压力,可实现反循环排渣排水的预期效果,钻井效率高,最大井深达到668 m,可推广应用于矿山地面救援井和各类矿山大直径钻井工程的施工中。

       

      Abstract: Large diameter DTH hammer is a drilling tool which has been proved by a lot of engineering practice and can improve the construction efficiency of large diameter drilling on mine surface. However, after drilling into the aquifer, the penetration rate of large diameter drill hammer is often slow or even impossible. Therefore, a large-diameter drilling method of DTH hammer gas reverse circulation is proposed, which is characterized by pneumatic slag drainage in reverse circulation mode and residual gas drainage in positive circulation mode. The basic principle of large-diameter DTH hammer gas reverse circulation drilling technology is analyzed, and the bottom hole pressure balance condition of gas double upper return passage is established. The composition of large-diameter DTH hammer gas reverse circulation drilling system is introduced, and the field test is completed relying on the mine surface large diameter drilling project. The results show that, under the condition of formation water discharge, the expected effect of reverse circulation slagging and drainage can be achieved by controlling the pressure of the annular air column with throttling. The drilling efficiency is high, and the maximum well depth is 668 m, which can be widely applied to the construction of mine surface rescue wells and various kinds of mining large-diameter drilling projects.
