    圆弧拱断面在三软煤层中的应用

    • 摘要: 回采巷道常用的断面形式有半圆拱形、圆弧拱形、矩形、梯形。在实际生产中,虽然矩形及梯形断面容易掘进,在超前支护时有其优势,但是在回采前期巷道的顶板及围岩不易控制,尤其在"三软"煤层中能否有效支护巷道的问题将更加突出;半圆拱断面虽然可以使围岩取得相对的稳定性,施工也比较方便,但是其断面利用率比圆弧拱断面低。另外半圆拱在回采过程中端头支架不能充分接顶、超前支护也不便于操作。给回采巷道的顶板管理带来了不便。在这种情况下,回采巷道选用圆弧拱断面便有一定的优势。

       

      Abstract: The section of mining gateway commonly used the form of semicircle arch, circular arch, rectangle and trapezium. In the actual production, the trapezoidal and rectangular section tends to gain the advantage in advance support. However, roof and surrounding rocks are not controlled easily. Especially in three-soft mining area, the roadway support meets many difficulties. The surrounding rocks of semicircle arch are much more stable than that of rectangular and trapezoidal roadways,and the utilization of cross section tunnel is lower than the circular arch section. But end support can not adjoin roof fully, and advanced support is not operated conveniently. Therefore, circular arch section is the best for mining gateway.
