Abstract: According to the frame of management objectives-core process-key activities- knowledge, by using the knowledge management method based on process, and on the basis of combing core business process, process description and explaining mission objectives of each process, risk source was analyzed in the process and key activities were defined. Key activities and the relative management knowledge of safety production were regulated, management knowledge of safety production was integrated into business process, and correlations of key activities in knowledge and process were established, so as to build the security system of coal mine safety production management based on process, and an effective management method was provided for coal mine safety production.
