    孤岛工作面沿空巷道矿压显现规律研究

    Research on the Laws of Strata Behavior in the Gob-side Entry of the Island Mining Face

    • 摘要: 以顾北煤矿1232(1)综采工作面为研究对象,首先分析了煤层的地质条件与顶底板的情况,并制定了矿压观测的内容与方法,进而对综采支架工作阻力、巷道围岩变形进行实测分析,得到矿压显现的规律,从而为工作面的高产、高效、安全、低耗生产创造良好的技术条件。研究结果表明,孤岛工作面超前支承压力增加明显,孤岛工作面沿空掘巷围岩变形量剧增,其支护难度大大增加,在进行孤岛工作面沿空掘巷支护设计时必须大大增加支护强度。

       

      Abstract: Taking Gubei coal mine 1232(1)full mechanized working face as research object, the paper analyzes the conditions of geological environment, the roof and floor of the coal bed firstly,then makes a plan for strata pressure observation and an actual measure and analysis of the fully mechanized support working resistance and the deformation of surrounding rock, the laws of the strata behavior were achieved, which provides a nice technique condition for high-yield, efficient, safe, low power consumption production of working face. The results of study show that advance abutment pressure of the island mining face increases obviously, surrounding rock deformation of the gob-side entry driving in the island mining face increases dramatically, and it is very difficult to support roadway, so support strength of the gob-side entry driving in the island mining face should be increased.
