    • 摘要: 采用数值模拟的方法研究了煤巷掘进工作面超前钻孔孔径与前方煤体卸压效果的关系,表明随着超前钻孔孔径的增大,掘进工作面前方煤体的地应力降低、塑性区范围减小,卸压效果更加显著;在乌兰煤矿5867机巷掘进过程中施工大直径钻孔的试验表明,采用大直径钻孔可使钻孔个数减少2/3,工期缩短约7 d,煤巷掘进速度提高4倍以上。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,numerical simulation was used to study the relationship between the advanced drill hole's diameter at coal roadway heading face and the front coal destressing effect.It indicated that with the increasing of the advanced drill hole's diameter,the geostress of coal in front of heading face decreased,plastic zone was decrescence and the destressing effect was more outstanding.The test,about construction of large-diameter hole in tunneling process of Wulan coal mine 5867 machinery tunnel,showed that using large-diameter hole can decrease the number of holes by 2/3,shorten the construction period about 7 days and increased coal roadway tunneling speed four times above.
