    瓦斯抽采管路智能放水系统研究

    • 摘要: 煤矿瓦斯抽采管路积水严重影响瓦斯抽采效果和矿山安全生产,在瓦斯抽采系统中引入智能放水系统可以快速有效排除管路积水。系统采用PLC智能控制技术实现对集水器电磁阀开闭的一对多控制,使用液位传感器实时探测集水器内液位信息,集水器前端增加淤泥过滤器、底端设有排污口。通过实验室调试和现场工业性试验证明系统工作稳定可靠、放水速度快,可以有效排出瓦斯抽采管路积水。

       

      Abstract: Water in the gas drainage pipeline seriously affects the gas drainage effect and mining safety production, the introduction of intelligent water system can rule out the pipe water from the gas drainage system quickly and efficiently. The system uses PLC intelligent control technology to achieve one-to-many control for the solenoid valves of water collectors, and uses the liquid level sensors to detect the water level of collectors. The system puts sludge filter in the front of water collector and sets outfall in the bottom of water collector. The reliability and velocity of the system are provided through the laboratory debug and on-site industrial test, and the system can discharge the water of the gas drainage pipeline effectively.
