    The Laser-type Methane Sensor Based on the Spectral Absorption

    • 摘要: 针对甲烷传感器存在的“高浓度中毒”、零点漂移、响应时间慢、受高温高湿及其他气体影响使用寿命短等缺陷,在近红外光谱控制技术日益成熟的前提下,提出了一种基于光谱吸收原理的激光式甲烷传感器,传感器能够及时、准确地检测瓦斯气体的产生源、浓度,对于煤矿安全生产有着十分重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at defects of "high concentrations of poisoning", zero drift, slow response times, the short life affected by the high temperature and humidity and other gases, under the premise of the growing maturity of the near-infrared spectral control technology, this paper presents a laser methane sensor based on spectral absorption principle. The laser methane sensor can timely and accurate detect methane gas source, concentration, which has a very important significance for coal mine safety production.
