    Design and Construction of the First Automatic Waterproof Gate Chamber in Shendong Mining Area

    • 摘要: 防水闸门硐室是煤矿井下防水的主要安全设施之一,根据神东矿区锦界煤矿的地质条件、开拓布置等实际情况,决定在3-1煤大巷中部施工防水闸门硐室。主要介绍了自动防水闸门硐室位置确定,结构形式选择,硐室主体及前、后室尺寸确定,泄水方式选择,断面及支护设计等内容,并指出了闸门硐室施工时的一些具体要求,为神东矿区同类地质条件下矿井防水闸门硐室设计及施工提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Waterproof gate chamber is one of the coal mine safety facilities in coal mine underground waterproof. According to the actual situations of geological conditions and development layout in Jinjie Coal Mine of Shendong mining area. Waterproof gate chamber is decided to construct in central roadway in 3-1coal seam. The paper mainly introduces the position determination, structural form selection, size determination of front and rear chamber in chamber body, the selection of water release ways, and points out some specific requirements of the construction of the gate chamber, which provides the reference for the design and construction of mine waterproof gate chamber under similar geological conditions in Shendong mining area.
