    Integrated Control Technique of Spontaneous Combustion on Face of Gob-side Entry Retaining with Filling Behind Support

    • 摘要: 小青矿E1404综采工作面为架后充填沿空留巷工作面,存在工作面推进速度较慢、沿空留巷墙漏风等与正常综采工作面不同的自然发火隐患。为防止采空区遗煤自然发火或E1403老采空区漏风自然发火,采取了合理配风、留巷墙喷浆漏、采空区喷洒阻化剂、充填河砂、采空区注氮等一系列综合防火措施,杜绝了自然发火事故发生,确保了小青矿E1404工作面安全顺利回采。

       

      Abstract: E1404 fully mechanized coal face of Xiaoqing coal mine is face of gob-side entry retaining with filling behind support,which exists the spontaneous combustion risks of working face forward slowly,ventilation leak in gob-side entry retaining wall,that different from normal mining face.In order to prevent spontaneous combustion caused by residual coal in gob or ventilation leakage in E1403 goaf,a series of comprehensive fire prevention measures of reasonable air distribution,guniting leakage in retaining wall,spraying inhibitor in gob,filling river sand,injecting nitrogen in goaf,etc.were adopted,which eliminated the accidents of spontaneous combustion and ensured to recover safely and smoothly on Xiaoqing coal mine E1404 working face.
