Abstract: Through the phenomena analysis of a lot of accidents,it is found that the absence of management, bad training effects, low execution of system and standard, incoordination among men and machines and lack of supervising are main factors leading to the accidents.It puts forward that each point of safety management should carry out to everyone; companies should improve the training mode and pay more attention to operation practice, system and standard executive force must be improved and link, process and post safety problems must by emphatically resolved to realize the safety production of coal.
