    煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔冲洗液研究

    Flushing Fluid for Gas Drainage Borehole Drilling in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采是煤矿安全开采、预防瓦斯事态的重要技术措施。相对常规地质钻孔,煤矿井下钻孔有其特殊性,对冲洗液的要求也更高。井下钻孔冲洗液产品应具有以下特性:良好的速溶性和分散性,优异的增黏性、润滑性及抑制性。在此基础上研选出井下钻孔冲洗液产品并与国外产品进行了对比,结果表明,所研选的产品与国外产品性能相当,可以满足煤矿井下钻孔冲洗液性能要求。

       

      Abstract: The gas drainage with boreholes is an important means to control coalmine gas. Borehole in underground coal mine is different to conventional geological drilling; moreover, performance requirements are stricter to flushing fluid. Flushing fluid should has characteristics: good instant solubility, dispersion ability, excellent ability of increasing viscosity, lubrication and inhibition. Additive for flushing fluid was developed and was compared with foreign product. Test results show that properties of additive developed were equivalent to foreign product. Additive developed can meet the requirements of flushing fluid.
