    Technology of Anchored Bolt and Anchored Rope Supporting in Large Span Open-off Cut of Thick Roof

    • 摘要: 通过现场实测某矿厚顶煤大跨度开切眼围岩破裂发展发育规律,在总结目前矿方支护方案存在问题的基础上,分析了高强度高预应力锚杆锚索支护机理。采用数值模拟与已有经验相结合的方法,确定出合理的锚梁网索支护设计,在井下工业性试验中,有效控制了厚顶煤大跨度开切眼软弱破碎围岩的强烈变形,对矿区类似条件下,巷道围岩支护具有重要指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Based on field measurement of fracture development rules in large span open-off cut of thick roof and the existing problem of present supporting scheme in a certain coal mine,this paper analyses the supporting mechanism of high strength and pre-stress anchored bolt(anchored rope).Reasonable anchored bolt(anchored rope) supporting design is determined by numerical simulation and supporting experience.Industrial practice shows that this technology could control the severe deformation of soft fractured surrounding rock effectively in this large span open-off cut of thick roof,also it provides reference for similar conditions of roadway control.
