    Selection and Application of the Mixed Aqueous Solution in "Three-soft" Coal Seam Heading Faces Injection

    • 摘要: 为了减少煤壁片帮、防止掘进面顶板的冒落、降低煤体的产尘能力及煤尘飞扬程度,平沟煤矿采用对掘进工作面超前深孔注入含有表面活性剂、黏结剂为主要成分的混合水溶液的技术。结果表明;对掘进工作面超前注入混合水溶液能有效地防治煤壁片帮和掘进面顶板的冒落、降低工作面的粉尘浓度。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce coal wall spalling, prevent roof caving of heading face, decrease dust producing capacity of coal body and dust degree, Pinggou coal mine applies the technology of grouting mixture which takes super face active agent and caking agent as its main ingredient in advanced deep hole of heading face. The result shows that it can effectively prevent coal wall spalling, roof caving and reduce the dust concentration of working face.
