    • 摘要: 随着矿井开采规模和产能的扩大,西山矿井的地质条件逐渐由简单向复杂转变,出现了大量高地应力巷道、特大断面巷道、松软破碎围岩巷道等。对于复杂困难支护巷道,采用缩小锚杆锚索间排距时,巷道变形仍然很大,造成巷道前掘后修,支护综合成本高,采掘接续紧张等问题。从杜儿坪矿62512机轨合一巷实际条件出发,进行了巷道围岩地质力学测试、支护理论及设计方法优化选择等研究工作,保证巷道支护质量,提高顶板管理水平,系统解决西山矿区巷道支护存在的技术问题。

       

      Abstract: With the expansion of the mining scale and production capacity, geological conditions of mine gradually change from simple to complex in Xishan coal mine. There are a lot of high ground stress roadway, large section roadway, soft broken surrounding rock roadway,etc. For the difficulty supported roadway, by narrowing inter-row spacing between the bolt and cable, roadway deformation is still big, which leads to problems of edge tunneling edge repair, high cost of supporting and tense mining-excavation relay.This paper starts from the actual conditions of 62512 roadway and researches the surrounding rock geomechanical testing and support theory and supporting design methods, which ensures the quality of the roadway support and roof management level and solves the problem of roadway support in Xishan Coal Mine Area.
