    Application Technology of Flexible Shield Supports in Steep Inclined Thin Seam

    • 摘要: 为解决急倾斜煤层长壁开采效率低、劳动强度大及顶板管理复杂等问题,提出了柔性掩护支架采煤法。该采煤方法利用掩护支架把工作空间与采空区隔开,大大简化了复杂的顶板管理工作,工作面煤炭自溜运输,减轻了繁重的攉煤劳动。应用结果表明:柔性掩护支架采煤法在开采急倾斜煤层时,能有效地提高采出率,降低劳动强度。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low working efficiency, great labor intensity and difficult roof management in steep inclined thin seam, this paper puts forward the mining way with flexible shield supports. The mining method separates the workspace and goaf by using flexible shield supports, which greatly simplifies the management of complex roof, and realizes the coal slipping from face, and relieves heavy coal labor. The results shows that the mining way with flexible shield supports can improve mining rate effectively and reduce labor intensity in steep inclined thin seam.
