    Support Scheme of Open- off Cut at Large Height Mining Face

    • 摘要: 针对某矿大采高工作面托顶煤开切眼顶煤比较破碎的现实,开切眼难以维护的问题,提出将破碎顶煤全部掘出的方案,即超大断面非常规切眼。针对其支护问题,结合现场实际,应用FLAC3D模拟软件对新切眼围岩应力分布、变形破坏等进行了研究,得到巷道围岩破坏范围。提出采用高强度高刚度锚梁网索系统进行支护,并经现场应用证明了该方案的合理性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that top coal of open-off cut at large height mining face in a certain coal mine is easily broken and open-off cut is very difficult to support, a scheme of digging out broken top-coal is proposed, that is super large section unconventional open-off cut. Aiming at support problem of open-off cut and combining site actual, the software FLAC3Dis applied to analyze the deformation range and stress distribution of new open-off cut, the damage depth of the surrounding rock is obtained. This paper puts forward supporting scheme of high strength,high rigidity with wire meshes beam and cable anchor. The field application results show that the scheme is reasonable.
