    • 摘要: 设计了一种矿用自卸车障碍物检测及倒车监测装置,介绍了装置的硬件结构和软件编程。装置中的传感器采用激光雷达技术检测自卸车车头及车尾的盲区,以单片机为核心的控制器实时采集信号,显示及报警提醒司机注意,并可以通过交互式显示屏对相关的参数进行设置。提高了煤矿的自动化,信息化程度,保障了车辆的安全运行。

       

      Abstract: The paper designs a kind of obstacles detection and reversing monitoring device for mining dump truck, and introduces the hardware composition and software programming of the device. The sensor in the device adopts advanced laser radar technology to test blind areas in the front and back of the dump truck,the controller taking singlechip as the core collects signals in real-time to display and alarm drivers to pay attention, and the setting of related parameters may be carried out through interactive display. the automation of coal mine, informatization degree is improved, which safeguards the safe operation of the vehicle.
