    Controlling and Utilization of Geothermal Water in the 8th Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine Group

    • 摘要: 平煤八矿随着矿井开采深度的延伸,二水平己组煤层开采时底板寒武系石灰岩含水层高压水的威胁随之增加,降低二水平己组煤层承受的水压值已刻不容缓。经井下现场测定:寒武灰岩水水温高达50~62 ℃,若按正常疏水降压方法进行处理,受高温水散热影响,采掘工作面温度将达到35 ℃以上,生产工作将被迫停止。在查清地热形成机理和分布规律的基础上,依据地热水压力、温度特征和矿井采掘情况,提出了经济上合理、技术上可行的地热灾害治理措施,设计地热开采井并制定优化的地热水综合开发利用方案,实现了矿井地热灾害由被动防治到主动利用的战略转移。

       

      Abstract: With the extension of underground mining depth in the No.8 coal mine of Pingdingshan coal Mine Group, high-pressure water of floor cambrian limestone aquifer increased threat to the second level of coal seam, it has become essential to reduce the second level of coal seams to withstand high water pressure value. Determined by the underground scene, the cambrian limestone water temperature is up to 50 ~ 62 ℃, if the normal hydrophobic buck method is used for processing, by the cooling influence of high temperature water, the mining face temperature will reach above 35 ℃, the production work will be forced to stop. In this paper, on the basis of the geothermal formation mechanism and distribution pattern, according to geothermal water pressure, temperature characteristics, and mine mining situation, economically reasonable and technically feasible geothermal disaster control measures are put forward, the paper designs the exploitation of geothermal wells and develops and optimizes a comprehensive development and utilization of geothermal water program, which achieves the strategic shift of the mine geothermal hazards from passive prevention to take the initiative.
