    Application of Anchored Bolt and Anchored Rope Combined Support in Soft and Cracked Coal Roadway

    • 摘要: 某矿150109运输平巷围岩煤质松软,煤壁极易片帮,巷道成型较差,顶板比较破碎,给顶板支护带来很大困难。为此利用地质力学测试及钻孔窥视的方法来了解顶板的基本形态,采用动态信息支护设计法对该巷道的支护参数和方式进行研究确定并在现场进行了应用。根据巷道中安装的综合测站监测数据,表明提出的高预应力锚杆锚索联合支护是该类松软破碎煤层巷道的有效支护手段。

       

      Abstract: 150109 haulageway surrounding rock is very soft, easy spalling coal wall, poor forming roadway, broken roof, which brings great difficulty to roof control. For this purpose, the geological mechanics test and drilling peep approach are used to understand the basic form of the roof; the dynamic information support design method is used to research and identified the roadway support parameter and mode, which are carried out in the field application. According to the station monitoring datum, the proprosed high pre-stress anchored bolt and anchored rope combined supporting in this paper provides effective supporting approach for soft and cracked coal roadway.
