    Research status and development trend of wet dust collector for mine

    • 摘要: 随着煤矿开采机械化水平的提高,粉尘已成为制约煤矿安全生产、危害职业健康的突出问题。湿式除尘器因投资少、结构简单而被广泛应用。为进一步改善湿式除尘器的性能,详细分析了其整体结构和原理,对动力、除尘和脱水结构的组成部分、工作原理、影响因素和优缺点进行系统分析梳理。在此基础上,针对现有湿式除尘器存在的不足,提出未来应从整体性、局部性、经济性、环保性等角度考虑,研发结构一体化、能适应井下狭小空间、功能多样化、维护成本低、除尘效率高、污水污泥循环利用、智能化管理的新型湿式除尘器,为实现安全生产、保证作业人员职业健康提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: With the improvement of coal mining mechanization level, dust has become a serious problem that restricts coal mine safety production and endangers occupational health. Wet dust collectors are widely used because of their low investment and simple structure. In order to further improve the performance of wet dust collector, the overall structure and principle are analyzed in detail, the components, working principle, influencing factors, advantages and disadvantages of the structure of power, dust removal and dehydration are analyzed systematically. On this basis, in view of the existing shortcomings of the existing wet dust collectors, it is proposed that the future should be considered from the perspective of integrity, locality, economy, environmental protection to develop a new type of wet dust collector with integrated structure, suitable for the narrow underground space, diversified functions, low maintenance cost, high dust removal efficiency, sewage and sludge recycling and intelligent management to provide technical support for the realization of safe production and the guarantee of occupational health of operators.
