Research on Rescue Base Station Deformation Under Axial Impact Load

    • In order to research the deformation process of coal mine underground rescue base station under axial impact load, the paper establishes the theory model of cabin dynamic response during the impact; the axial impact process on cabin is simulated by Dytran software. The simulation result show that the thickness, depth of flat spherical shells and cabin diameter will have large impact on the cabin deformation, the depth and deformation process of cabin deformation displacement can be controlled by changing various parameters. The bigger of the cabin thickness and flat spherical shell's depth are, the smaller of cabin diameter is,and the smaller of deformation displacement is when cabin bears axial impact load, and the bigger of critical deformation velocity of cabin is. It is also confirmed that increasing the depth of flat spherical shells can reduce the deformation displacement and impact process.
