    Practice of the Drainage System Reconstruction in Water-bursting and Fully Mechanized Working Face

    • NO.12041 working face in Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine is affected by roof crevice water and L8 limestone water of coal floor, and the largest water-bursting even reaches to 486 m3/h. In order to solve the problems of poor drainage system design and larger water bursting at working face, pumps and drainage pipelines are increased at working face and transportation lane, gutterway and sump are used in track roadway. After application of reconstruction system, measures of solving larger water bursting is explored and the technology of grouting reinforcement is optimized, which ensure normal production. Meanwhile, drainage equipments, arrangement of sedimentation tank and measures of reconstruction transportation system are introduced, which provides a solid foundation for safety production in the future.
