Study on Control of Extremely Soft Rock Crossheading Floor Heave

Taking 1085 crossheading in New Shanghai No.1 Coal Mine as an example, the paper analyzed the reasons of serious floor heave. According to the investigation of roadway damage and the judgment of floor heave type, the paper proposed a new support method of bottom concrete block. The practice shows that this method is quite suitable for this mine, good result of controlling the floor heave is obtained with the scheme, and the method can meet the need of the transportation and production of the mine.
